important in this recipe i didn't use
anchovies , but i did use the raffinate exquisite that is click on : la Colatura di Alice 
ingredient
tomato sauce made with evo oil, onion, garlic, canned peeled tomatoes, a little sugar, a pinch of bicarbonate of soda , salt peeper , red chilli pepper, oregano  .
