Ingredient
250 gr fresh cream
250 gr mascarpone
60 gr sugar
vanilla extract
2 gr of agar agar
procedures:
mix the mascarpone with the cream, the sugar, the agar agar, the vanilla, mix and boil gently for 2 minutes no more,
let cool for 10 - 20 minutes put in the shape, glass, silicone shape or what you prefer
{ if you want a thinner panna cotta add 100 gr more water }

120 gr sugar ( better use brown sugar cane is more healthy )
cooking 20 mn slowly
then add juice from 1/2 lemon let get cold
