Sedanini con prosciutto cotto italiano , mon chou , e pistacchio

ingredients:
cheese mon chou
a little crème fraîche
pistachio
pistachio pesto
ham
salt pepper

 reheat, cool, melt the mon choux, add a little bit of crème fraîche, ham juliene or cubes,
a little pistachio pesto, cook the Sedanini pasta, reduce the sauce, add the pasta, ham,
salt pepper,
a little parmesan if you want, decorate with a pistachio pesto, and crushed pistachio seeds,
which you have heated in a pan
