Albalone in Kombu tomatos sauce & Japan noodles

cook the Kombu for 45 minutes in lightly salted water
make a tomato sauce with onion, cook for 20 minutes, then add your  already pre-cooked Kombu, and cook for another 10 minutes
appart cook the noodles, add them to the kombu tomato sauce,
take canned abalone and cut into strips, and at the last moment add them to the sauce
reheat for 15 seconds and serve decorated with Nori powder
