Roasted garlic in papillotte


 you take garlic and let it soak in lukewarm water for 20 minutes, then you peel it, you will see it will be very easy because it has soaked in lukewarm water,

clean the garlic well, put it in an aluminium foil, with salt pepper and thyme olive oil, then  wrap it tightly so no steam escapes and leave it in the oven for 35 minutes at 200 degrees, turn off the oven, and let it rest for 15 minutes the foil containing the garlic
