you make a pancake in the middle of this pancake you put a slice of smoked salmon, on the smoked salmon you put a white asparagus cooked in water, you roll the pancake you put it aside warm,
 you make a hollandaise sauce, you take a beautiful golden dark green plate, on the plate you put the hollandaise sauce, on this sauce you put the crepes roll that you cut in half ,cut in an acute angle,
you put a little Hollandaise sauce on the two pieces of pancakes", then  you put a very small "Quenelles of caviar on the Hollandaise sauce on the pancake which is on the plate,  you powdered with chives
voila
you are ready, you have  a master-chef dish
