Matcha Vanilla Panna Cotta , with Yussi marmelade and Matcha Gember Pavesini






 that is  my Basis for "My" Panna cotta version

250 gr fresh cream
250 gr mascarpone
60 gr sugar ( or Honey )
natural vanilla or vanilla extract
2 gr of agar agar  ( or Gelatin in sheets 8 g )
procedures:
mix the mascarpone with  the cream, the sugar, the agar agar, the vanilla, mix and boil gently for 30 second  no more,
let cool for 10 - 20 minutes put in the shape, glass, silicone shape or what  you prefer

{ if you want a thinner panna cotta add 100 gr more water }

Voila, for the vanilla panna cotta matcha you divide in half, half of the 250 gram panna cotta you make it with vanilla and the other half with 10 gram matcha
it's all simple
the most difficult is the two color panna cotta  in the glass
