Typical recipe that not good is for (MCAS) and Histamine allergy
Well, I'll give you an example test. This is exactly the kind of food that is highly allergenic and whose products are of poor quality, like Aldi whole wheat pasta, which is absolutely worthless.
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 80-100 g whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 white onion a little chopped the amount to your liking
- 1–2 teaspoons Calabrian ’nduja
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil (Aldi Golden Seafood)
- A splash of white wine
- A few fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Annatto-infused oil (annatto seeds infused in olive oil at 80 °C for 7 minutes)
Method
1. Finely chop the onion and sweat it gently in a little olive oil.
2. Add the ’nduja and let it melt with the onion until it turns a nice orange colour.
3. Deglaze with a splash of white wine and reduce.
4. Add the drained tuna, cover and simmer for 7 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti.
6. Drain the pasta, add it to the pan with roughly chopped basil. Let it sweat for 2 minutes so the pasta absorbs the sauce.
7. Serve without cheese.
8. Finish the plate with a few drops of the annatto-infused oil.
Allergy warning
This recipe is highly allergenic because of the ’nduja (contains pork, chilli and spices)
