2 middelgrote eieren
200 g witte basterdsuiker
50 g cacaopoeder
200 g ongezouten roomboter
200 g Pally Thee biscuit
amaretto of cognac

200 g caster sugar
50 g cocoa powder
200 g unsalted butter
200 g Pally Tea biscuit amaretto or cognac
Put the eggs with the sugar in a bowl and mix lightly with a hand mixer for 3 minutes. Add the cocoa.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a microwave 1 mn
Add the butter to the cocoa mixture while stirring. Stir until smooth.
Place the Pally Thee biscuit in a plastic bag or a clean tea towel. Crumble them by rolling over them with a rolling pin. The crumbs shouldn't get too fine moist with Amaretto or Cognac
Mix the crumbs into the cocoa mixture. Place a piece of parchment paper in the cake tin and spoon the mixture into it. Leave to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours covered with cling film.
