you brown the lamb's liver together with the red onion, salt and pepper,as herbs you can use rosemary or sage
deglaze with red port,
you add a little Demi glace and finish cooking it takes a few minutes
aside, you have already prepared a polenta
you can also use quick-cooking polenta.
