Spaghetti alla chitarra con Abaloni

 

the very simple recipe first you make a garlic butter : you take garlic you boil 3 minutes in salted water you remove the garlic, and you crush it until you make a fine cream
you have to mix it with a lot of butter and chopped parsley, "Lemon Salt and "white pepper
once the butter is ready,you wrappe in aluminium foil to make a long tube,  you put it in the fridge

you buy a box of locos in an Asian supermarket
as dough you use Rummo guitar spaghetti

set up : you open the local box and keep the juice is very very tasty,
you cut the locos into thin strips
Lemon Salt - white peper

procedure
in a saucepan put  water to boil and cook the spaghetti
when the spaghetti is almost cooked
you take the garlic butter from the fridge, open the foil and cut large slices of garlic butter
you slowly melt the butter, add locos juice, reheat, put the spaghetti in it,
mix and reheat then only add the locos in pasta, at the last moment
because otherwise the locos will harden add lemon salt peper and the garlic salt lemon : for the lemon salt I use a lot of dried lemon zest and a little coarse salt, that's the secret of the recipe
