Spaghetti alla Puttanesca, with Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil, from San Diego

Ingredients
 spaghetti, (or others pasta)
peeled tomato sauce or passata, reinforced with , onion, carrots, celery,
white wine
black olives from Gaeta
 capers
 clove of garlic, fresh hot peppers, 
or dry red chili peppers
no anchovy fillets, but tuna in olive oil
extra virgin olive oil

procedure
finely blend the carrots, onions and celery, the garlic cut it bigger
in a pan put some olive oil, lightly fry the vegetables in hot olive oil,
add a little white wine, when the white wine has evaporated, add the tomatoes
cook over low heat for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes add the capers and the black olives
from Gaetam, coarsely cut, add a little oregano, cook for 12 more minutes,
which makes 22 minutes of cooking in all which is enough,
now add the tuna in a jar with its oil
reheat everything 3 minutes more,in the meantime you have cooked the pasta,
you mix the pasta and heat in the sauce with the tuna you serve on a plate, powder with
a little oregano and a small stream of olive oil
