Fluid Bechamel

 ingredient for fluid bechamel

-500 grams of fish broth, or chicken, beef or vegetable broth
-500 grams of milk
-50 grams of butter
-40 grams of flour
white pepper, all spice grain  or nutmeg  at your feeling

- 40 g of flour
- 40 g of butter
- 50 cl of milk
- salt pepper
- grated nutmeg

 put a few drops of lemon juice in your béchamel sauce or add egg yolks
